1. Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using the RAHA mobile application or website, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. About RAHA
RAHA is a digital marketplace that connects customers with independent service offices providing home and related services in the Kingdom of Bahrain. RAHA operates the platform but is not the direct employer of service workers unless explicitly stated.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract in Bahrain.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes.
4. Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised access at [email protected].
5. Bookings and services
- Prices, availability, and service scope are set by service offices and displayed before checkout.
- A booking is confirmed after successful payment (where applicable) and office acceptance according to platform rules.
- You must provide safe access to the service location and accurate booking details.
- You must treat service workers with respect and comply with Bahrain labour and public-order laws.
6. Payments
Payments are processed through approved payment gateways. All amounts are in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) unless stated otherwise. Platform fees and office payouts are handled according to our Payment Terms and office agreements.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund rules are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Prohibited conduct
You must not: misuse the platform; harass workers or staff; submit false bookings; circumvent payments; scrape or reverse-engineer the app; or use RAHA for unlawful purposes. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
9. Reviews
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. We may remove content that is abusive, defamatory, or violates these Terms.
10. Intellectual property
All RAHA branding, software, and content are owned by RAHA or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial booking purposes.
11. Disclaimers
Services are provided by third-party offices. To the fullest extent permitted by Bahrain law, RAHA is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every booking will meet subjective expectations, though we work to maintain quality standards.
12. Limitation of liability
Subject to mandatory consumer protections under Bahrain law, RAHA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the fees paid for that booking through RAHA, except where law requires otherwise.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose fraud or safety risks, or as required by law. You may delete your account at any time via the app or our Delete Account page.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Disputes shall first be addressed through customer support. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bahrain.
15. Contact
Office registration — CR & licence declarations
Service Offices join RAHA based on information they submit. By creating an Office account or submitting an Office application (including by agreeing via checkbox or equivalent control), you represent and warrant that your Office has a valid Commercial Registration (CR) in the Kingdom of Bahrain and any licences required for the services you offer, that the details you provide are accurate, and that you will update them promptly. RAHA may list your Office in reliance on those declarations and may suspend or remove your account if they prove false or incomplete. Listing does not constitute RAHA’s certification of your CR or licences.
Changes to these Terms
RAHA reserves the right to edit, amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will update the “Last updated” date when we do. Continued use of RAHA after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Please review this page regularly.
Electronic acceptance upon registration
By creating a User or Office account through the mobile application or website — including by ticking any “I agree” checkbox and submitting registration — you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy & Platform Role Notice, and that such action constitutes your binding electronic acceptance. Office applicants further agree to the CR and licence declarations in these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register or use RAHA.
