1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets rules for using RAHA. It supplements our Terms of Service.
2. You agree not to
- Use the platform for any illegal activity under Bahrain law
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against workers, offices, or other users
- Create fake bookings, payment fraud, or chargeback abuse
- Share account credentials or impersonate others
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the app or APIs
- Upload malware, spam, or offensive content in support channels
- Circumvent platform fees by arranging off-platform payments with offices discovered through RAHA
- Record workers without consent where prohibited by law
3. Service office obligations
Offices must provide services safely, employ legally authorised workers, maintain insurance where required, and honour confirmed bookings.
4. Enforcement
Violations may result in warning, booking cancellation, account suspension, permanent ban, and referral to authorities. We may remove content without prior notice where necessary.
