1. Currency
All prices and charges on RAHA are displayed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) unless otherwise stated.
2. Payment methods
We accept payment methods supported by our licensed payment partner (including debit/credit cards and other methods shown at checkout). Payments are processed securely; RAHA does not store full card numbers.
3. Pricing
- Displayed prices may include service fees set by the office plus applicable platform fees disclosed before payment.
- Final amount is shown on the checkout screen before you confirm.
- Promotional discounts apply only when valid and displayed in the app.
4. Authorisation
By completing checkout, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge the total amount for the selected booking.
5. Failed payments
If payment fails, the booking will not be confirmed. Retry with a valid method or contact your bank.
6. Refunds
Refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Processing times depend on your bank (typically 5–14 business days).
7. Taxes
Applicable taxes in Bahrain, if any, are included or shown at checkout as required by law.
